Termite Inspection
Holmes Inspection Service provides you with a six-month Termite Warranty. As licensed exterminators, Holmes Inspection Service can provide
you with a Wood Destroying Insect Certificate. The entire dwelling will be
inspected for any evidence of wood destroying insect damage and/or activity.
We will also:
- Inspect for any signs of a previous termite treatment.
- Provide complete documentation for your mortgage company at no additional cost ("clear" certification is required to close if you are mortgaging the property).
- Supply a Six-month Warranty. All dwellings that are "cleared" by Holmes Inspection Service are automatically covered under our six-month warranty (certain exclusions may apply).
