Combined, we have well over 100 years in the engineering/building trades. All inspectors are members of the New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors (NJ-ALPHI), which ensures that they have the expertise and experience required to conduct a thorough inspection.

Over 90% of our repeat business is directly referred to us by satisfied customers and their attorneys. Our average home inspection usually takes between 2-1/2 to 3 hours, compared to the industry average of about one hour.
