I would highly recommend Holmes Inspection. They were a major help in purchasing my first home. There expertise helped me to get the problems of the house fixed before I purchased the home and completed the final walk-through. The suggestions I did not have the seller fix I have now fixed myself in order to save money when it comes time to sell and or pay bills. I would tell everyone to use Holmes Inspection service and have recommended them to other friends who have purchased homes.

We used Holmes for two inspections. We had Robert as an inspector both times, and we found him to be very professional, honest and meticulous. With the first house, he found problems that were not at all obvious to the untrained eye and saved us from problems in the future. If I buy another house in this area, I definitely plan to use Holmes again!
